A flat list of names is no use if you don't already know that Oluyole is Ibadan and Dawaki is Abuja. Everything below sits under its state and city, with the areas that have a dedicated page separated from those we currently cover through search.
This page has historically been called Regions, but what it lists are local government areas and districts โ Gwarinpa, Lekki, Oluyole, Oyigbo. That's a useful thing to browse, and it is what you'll find below.
It's worth flagging that our listing pages use "region" differently, tagging properties to geopolitical zones like North Central. Those are two different levels of geography sharing one word, which is confusing, and we're separating them. If you're looking for a specific neighbourhood, you're in the right place.
Type a neighbourhood, LGA or district โ Lekki, Gwarinpa, Oluyole, Wuse.

Green means the area has its own page. Amber means listings exist and search will find them, but the page is still to come.
The deepest coverage on the platform. Note that several of the entries below are neighbourhoods rather than LGAs โ Victoria Island, Ikoyi and Lekki all sit within Eti-Osa LGA, and Yaba within Lagos Mainland. We list them separately because that is how people search, not because they are administrative units.
Abuja is organised into planned districts rather than the LGA structure used elsewhere, and title is administered through AGIS. Coverage here is growing faster than the page list suggests โ several districts with active listings still have no page.
Ibadan is administratively split across several LGAs, which is why the entries read as compass directions rather than neighbourhood names. Ibadan North and North-West cover much of the established residential city; Oluyole and Ido reach into the newer and cheaper outskirts.
Coverage here is thin and, as it stands, misdirected. The one area page we have is Oyigbo โ a peripheral LGA on the Abia border โ while Port Harcourt proper, where the market actually is, has none.
Our cities page offers Aba, Benin City, Enugu, Kano and Kaduna. None of them currently has a single area page here, so you can browse the city but not narrow within it. That's a genuine gap rather than a deliberate choice, and it is worth knowing before you go looking.
Until those pages exist, search is the reliable route โ Independence Layout, Ugbowo, Bompai and Barnawa all return results. If you own property in one of these areas, listing it is free and you'll face very little competition.
Area pages were created over time and not always in line with where listings ended up. The result is that some heavily-searched areas โ Maitama, Katampe, Eti-Osa, Bodija โ have listings but no page, while a peripheral LGA like Oyigbo has one. We've marked the difference rather than hiding it, so you know whether to expect a page or a search result.
No. Victoria Island, Ikoyi and Lekki all sit within Eti-Osa LGA, and Yaba sits within Lagos Mainland. We list them separately because that is how people actually search โ nobody types "Eti-Osa" when they mean Ikoyi. But if you are dealing with anything administrative, land registry documents or a survey plan, the LGA is what will appear on the paperwork.
They are physically continuous with Abuja and routinely advertised as Abuja, but they fall within Nasarawa State rather than the FCT. That means a different land administration, a different registry and different documentation. If a listing says Abuja and the address is in one of those places, establish which authority holds the title before going further.
Because two levels of geography ended up sharing one label. This page uses "region" for LGAs and districts; listing pages tag properties to geopolitical zones such as North Central. Both are legitimate ways to group Nigerian property, but they should not share a name โ we're separating them.
Yes. The quickest route is to list a property there โ areas with listings get pages ahead of areas without. If you are an agent or developer working somewhere we have missed entirely, tell us and we will prioritise it.
