Short-let bookings on this site commonly involve a refundable caution deposit, held separately from the nightly total and returned after checkout once the property is inspected. Confirm the exact amount and terms with the host before booking.

Payments are handled directly with the host/agent. Never send money to a personal account in exchange for a booking code or key — always confirm arrangements through this platform first.

Use "Report an issue" in the booking card on this page. We look into every report.
